Our deed restricted community is located approx. 20 miles to downtown Orlando, 4 miles to the Florida Turnpike and 30 miles to Walt Disney World. Greater Hills is located in the hill country of south Lake County Florida! The community offers a beautiful outdoor Pool, Recreation Area, Tot Lot and Tennis courts.
